All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Damaged Orders

If an item arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include photographs of the package and product
• We will review each case individually

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Customer ordering errors
• Improper storage or handling
• Misuse of products
• Delayed shipping caused by carriers
• Products opened or altered after delivery

Chargebacks

Initiating a fraudulent chargeback may result in account suspension and legal action.
